About Access

  • Access from Narita Airport. Where is the nearest train station from the hotel?

    We provide free shuttle service between Narita Airport (both Terminal 1 and 2) and the hotel.
    It takes about 10-15 minutes and the bus runs on schedule which you can check on our website.
    (No reservation needed.)
    If you take a taxi, the nearest station is Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station and it will take about 5-10 minutes.

  • Are there parking lots in the hotel premises for hotel guests and any charges?

    We have up to 500 self-parking spaces for hotel guests in hotel premises.
    When you check in, please show us the parking ticket for validation at the front desk.
    Only outside parking spaces without roofs.
    Please keep the car key by yourself.

About Reservations

  • Check-in and check-out time (also about early check-in and late check-out.)

    Regular check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 11:00.
    If you’d like to check-in early or check-out late, we can arrange it with additional charge based on availability.
    Please be informed that if you’d like the arrangement, please contact us in advance and we will hold the room for you and inform you the additional charge.
    *We may not be able to arrange your request when we are fully booked.
    *Our front desk staff is available 24-hours however please let us know if you will check in after 23:00.

  • How can I change or cancel my reservation?

    If the reservation was made directly by Phone Call, we will change or cancel your reservation.
    If you reserve by Internet Site or Travel Agency, please change or cancel on INTERNET or ask your Travel Agency by yourself.

  • Cancellation policy

    1 Day Prior to Accommodation Day 20%
    Accommodation Day 80%
    No Show 100%
    *Cancellation fee varies according to the travel agency so please check with your travel agency.

  • Is it possible to add breakfast to the reservation later on?

    You can add breakfast to your accommodation plan at the front desk when you check in or you can order breakfast at the restaurant in the morning.

  • Accommodation rates for children.

    Children under 6 years stay free if using the existing bed.
    Children above 6 years are considered as adult.
    Baby cribs are free of charge(Cribs are not allowed in Style single rooms, Family rooms and all types of Comfort rooms).

  • Is it possible to stay with pets?

    Pets are NOT allowed in this hotel except Assistance Dogs such as Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs, and Service Dogs with the certificates.

About Payment

  • When should I pay hotel fee

    Please pay when you check out except following conditions;

    The guests without a reservation on the accommodation date.
    The guests who made a reservation on the accommodation date.
    The guests who will stay more than 3 nights.

    *The guests who will stay for a long period of time or would like to extend their stay please pay during your stay or in advance.
    *Advance payment when you check in is possible.

  • About Credit Card payment.

    We accept the following credit cards;
    VISA, Master Card, JCB, DC, UC, Diners Club, and American Express.

    *Debit cards (except China Unionpay card) can NOT be used at the hotel.
    *If you change or cancel your reservation after payment by the credit card denominated in foreign currency, rate difference might be occurred by the effect of exchange rate fluctuations

  • Can I use Electronic Money to pay?

    You can use the following electronic money to pay at the hotel.

    -Rakuten Edy
    -Traffic-based electronic money such as Suica, PASMO, Kitaca, toICa, manaca, ICOCA, SUGOCA, nimoca, Hayakaken.
    *You can charge to the above electronic money by cash at the cash register of convenience store Lawson in the Hotel.
    *No WAON Station in the hotel.

    -Union Pay(銀聯)

    *You cannot use above mobile money at Sushi Bar Hokake.

  • Can I pay by JAL Coupons?

    JAL Coupons can be used for the payment of hotel stays and /or meals, which have been reserved by following methods;
    -Reservations made by telephone directly to the hotel or through Hotel Nikko & JAL City.
    -Reservations made through Hotel Nikko Narita’s website or Hotel Nikko & JAL City website.

    JAL Coupons can NOT be used for the reservations made by all the travel agencies (incl. Reservation website of travel agencies, online travel agencies.)

    Please exchange your JAL Mileage to JAL Coupon in advance.

  • Can I exchange foreign currency at the hotel?

    You can exchange from foreign currency by a foreign currency exchange machine beside of Front Desk

  • Is there ATM machine in the hotel?

    There is an ATM machine in the convenience store LAWSON in the lobby (1F).
    You can only use bank cards or credit cards issued by Japanese banks or credit card companies.

About Guest’s Room

  • Can we use Internet in the room?

    Free Internet LAN cable and Wi-Fi in the room.
    No Password required.
    Please use the network which starts from "HOTEL-NIKKO...".

    ***Request regarding the internet service***
    Regarding the Internet Service provided in the room, we kindly ask you strictly NOT to connect any other devices other than your PC(Laptop) to the LAN Cable. This is because it could be the cause of troubles for the internet connection in other rooms. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • About guest room TV.

    You can watch Japanese terrestrial digital broadcasting and BS digital broadcasting by the TV in your room.
    You can also use the video distribution services listed below.

    ・NETFLIX、Prime video、hulu、U-NEXT:Only available to users with accounts

  • About Room Amenities.

    Extra Bed: 3,300 Yen per Night (Depending on the Room Type (space), an Extra Bed cannot be arranged.)

    **There is not any rental laptop computer but there are 2 free desktop computers and printers in the lobby.
    **No rental cell phone cable or charger. You can charge your cell phone with 100Yen/30minutes with the charger beside of front desk.
    (Only for iPhone 3G/5, micro USB, & Japanese cell as au, SoftBank3G, FOMA and AQUOS)

  • Any View from the room?

    Airport Side on higher floor: Comfort Double (King) Rooms, Standard Single Rooms (Non-smoking), Style Single Rooms with Airweave Mattress, Twin Rooms with Airweave Mattress.
    You can view airport from higher rooms but there are buildings between hotel and the airport so it’s not possible to see airport runways directly.
    Executive Rooms are the other side of Airport, but we can arrange second runway side by request, but also it is not possible to see airport runway directly.

  • Is there a Room Service?

    Available at Restaurant "SERENA". The open hour for room service has been changed to 18:00-22:30 till further notice.
    The room service for breakfast is not available at this moment.

  • Is there a Universal Room?

    There is one Universal Room (Superior Twin Room).
    Also there are free rental wheel chairs so please contact our front / lobby staff.

  • Any Amenity Goods for Children?

    There is Toothbrush Set, Slippers, Nightwear (only 1 size-120cm) for children, so please contact our House Keeping.

About Hotel Facilities

  • Can I smoke in the hotel?

    All guest rooms are non-smoking since Nov. 9, 2022.
    If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area within the building.

  • Is there a Convenience Store near the hotel?

    Convenience Store “LAWSON” on 1F opens 24 hours.
    ATM / Loppi / Copy & Fax / Mailbox / Liquor / Cigarette / Food / Newspaper & Magazine / Travel Goods / Souvenir Goods
    *Please prepare Japanese Currency

  • Is there a Coin Laundry in the hotel?

    There is Laundry Room which has 8 Washing Machines and dryer on 3F in Main Building.
    Open for 24 hours.
    One of 8 machines is for Women Only
    *Please prepare Japanese Currency (100 Yen Coins)

  • Is there a Swimming Pool or Sports Gym in the hotel?

    The pool is free to use for only Hotel Guests.
    Period : From 6th July,2024 to 25th August, 2024
    Hours : 10:00 - 16:30 (*Closed if there is stormy weather)
    Admission fee: Free of charge
    No sports gym in this hotel.

    When children use the pool:
    Children wearing diapers are not allowed to use the swimming pool. Little children without diapers are able to use the round pool by wearing pants/diapers for water play along with the swimsuits. Children must be accompanied by parents or adults.

    The exposure of all kinds of tattoos is strictly prohibited unless covered with rash guard.
    We do not sale or lend the swimming equipment on the site.
    *If you are not allowed to enter in the swimming pool area for any reason,No refund or compensation will be made.

  • Is there a Pharmacy in the hotel?

    There is no Pharmacy in the hotel.
    According to Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we do not provide any medicines at our hotel. If you are not feeling well and need to see a doctor, please dial 3(Front desk). If you need items such as bandages or cold compress, also please dial 3. (Stock on hand)

  • Can I take a walk near the hotel?

    There is a courtyard in the hotel premises and you can enjoy cherry blossoms and other plants in spring and colorful illumination in winter.

About Luggage

  • Can I send the luggage to the hotel?

    We can receive your luggage except Cash, Valuables, and Fragile Articles.
    If the item needs to be stored in the Refrigerator or the Freezer please specify it. Please read the notes [About sending Refrigerated items and frozen items] below.
    Please send by Prepayment. We can NOT accept the luggage sent by Payment on Arrival or Cash on Delivery.

    [About sending refrigerated items and frozen items]
    We accept the refrigerated items and frozen items sent to the hotel from 2 days before your check in date.
    Please send the refrigerated and frozen items packing in the cardboard boxes, cooler bags, and styrene foam box. We cannot accept the refrigerated and frozen items packed in suitcases and travel bags.

  • Can I leave my luggage at the hotel during my trip?

    We can keep your luggage except Valuables at the Bell Captain Desk during your trip.

  • Can I send out the luggage from the hotel?

    You can send the luggage from the hotel to Japanese Address using by YAMATO Transport.
    There are Delivery Form, Packaging Tape, and Paid Cardboard Box available at the Bell Captain Desk.
