Recently, there have been domestic and international reports regarding mobile batteries emitting smoke or fire ignition. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:

• ・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you are not present in the room, such as when going out.
• ・When charging mobile devices using a mobile battery or charging the mobile battery itself using the room's power outlet, please avoid placing it in areas exposed to direct sunlight (e.g., near windows) or on flammable surfaces such as beds or sheets.
• ・While charging, please ensure that the device is in a location where you can monitor it at all times to prevent any unexpected incidents.

If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights, our staff may take safety measures such as relocating the mobile battery or stopping the charging process. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
