If you are holding an E-ticket for Japan Airlines and JALWAYS (except code-sharing flights), boarding procedures are accepted by automatic check-in machine. Or if you have finished web check-in, you can claim a boarding ticket at the hotel.

Your baggage will be checked in at H Counter located on the departure floor of the second terminal building, Narita Airport.
If you a resident in Japan, Japan Airlines picks up your baggage from your home and carries to the destination airport for a nominal fee (called "Empty-handed travel"). Your ordering will be appreciated.
